Spent two hours this morning with my old lover. Diablo 2. The interesting part involves a game full of francophones, and me. I followed what they were saying. w00t! 6 years of French weren't a complete waste. ^.^ In other news; work sucks. I'm ready to work somewhere in which I'm not paid by the hour. |

Spending this morning recovering from $5 pitchers of Amber Bock and free pool at Bumpers. The 3 mile walk to recover my car was a big help. Scheduled an interview for 10am Wednesday, so hoping for a lot here. Position is for a software analyst; god, I need to start reviewing my programming. |

It appears I forgot to update for a while. Therefore: I graduated, I walked. My parents were there. It was long, boring and there was something about the four horsemen. The music from my MD player was excellent. Had this last weekend off for geeking. And geeking was had. Magic took all my time on Saturday, and DnD pulled in several hours on Sunday. After finishing the game I got invited to another DnD campaign, so yay for multiple games. As a notice Jeff is not in town, so any of you who are still interested in defiling his place of sleep (bed), tickets are selling for $40/night. Half the proceeds go to charity. Jeff I'll give you a discount if you're interested in buying all 3 nights; $70 and no one defiles your bed. :P That will be quite enough. |

Ok, thanks for the help. It only took a day to come to my senses. I wouldn't save nearly enough money to justify moving home. Which means sans finding a job in Huntsville I'm off to either Ann Arbor or Portland. Any suggestions? ( Meme Goodness ) |

My parents made me an interesting offer yesterday. If I moved home it would only cost me $100/mo. On the one hand I have no desire to live with my parents. On the other hand my finances really like this idea. So now I have 3 options to weigh. And none of them matter if I find a job around Huntsville. |

All the waiting is over. An A and two C's. I'm graduating. Huzzah! And for whatever reason Portland has entered the list with Ann Arbor. |

Graduation is so close I can taste it. 6 Problems left to work for GR by Friday. A Mechanics Final, that I'm feeling fairly confident about, on Thursday. And I aced my Applied Physics Project, which is 20% of the final grade. Huzzahs! I think I just might be making it this time. Now to find a job... |

Making with the sick. Advantage: No work means more time to study. Advantage: Hydrocodone. Advantage: Excuse to curl up in bed on a Sunday afternoon. Cheers! Oh, and clawsandteeth is a terrible person. |

Well Better than Ezra was much fun... so suck on all you choir types. There was even this cute girl in front of us that wouldn't stop moving the entire concert. Such energy. But I digress. Congrats to Philski Hahn, who is now the proud father of Barak Philip Hahn. Best of luck to the poor bastard. Good Night. |

Four and a half years ago I was a little cute freshman. All naieve and arriving on campus unprepared for what awaited me. And in that first week of Frosh Mosh there was a band that played our little UAH. Better than Ezra. Now years later as I prepare to depart this, um, 'fine' establishment, there is again a band playing our little UAH. Better than Ezra. Coincidence is too much for me. I always kind of wished I had gone and seen them when they came the first time... so since I don't work Friday night look for me out at the quad. As a note, the advertisement for this show was horrible. I didn't even hear about it until Tuesday. |

Well, I successfully finished my Applied Physics project. Though noting that is much simpler in final form than I originally envisioned it. *sigh* such is dealing with nitpicky, annoying computer programs. That leaves me with 3 chapters of General Relativity to cover in the next "2 weeks"ish. Need to figure out when the final date is on that class. Its one of those TBA classes, doesn't have convenient preset testing dates. Which means...... Graduation! I should actually be walking this year. Barring some monster breakdown in the next 3 weeks, I will be gradumacating May 15th. Much celebrations, and a $68 bottle of Cabo Wabo Tequila. With luck the alcohol should make me forget all that annoying information I've been forced to learn over the last 5 years. :P Diablo2 has once again been my primary distraction and mental release. Much fun. Anyone interested in playing hardcore, lemme know, I do free pa's. |

So, um, yay for having days off. It really kind of feels like summer. Warm weather, no work or class, being lazy and unproductive. Went to Beauregard's yesterday with teh jaralith, entropius and azfang. hesterbyrde I need your number so I can invite you to these things. Spent the night accomplishing nothing, but playing some mad Magic: The Gathering. To make things better (or worse) played D2 with Clint this morning. Such fun. Brings back beautiful old memories. Now if only I can avoid repeating those memories. :P Oh well, suppose I should at least consider being productive for a while. GL HF |

For whatever reason today felt really blah. Maybe it was the weather. Who knows? All I know is that its over and I go to sleep now. Good news exists: tomorrow is Honors Day, no class. Huzzah! To celebrate I'll be attending Beauregards at some point in the day. If anyone else is interested let me know. But now to sleep. Good Night. |

Well, tonight pretty much sums up my social life. Schedule to have people come over on the one night I've dedicated to being social. What happens if you watch RHPS and no one shows? No one calls back that's what. All my friends suck. I am not ranting I swear, but, if I have something that pisses me off, its: saying you'll do something and backing out of it. Can't stand flakes. *sigh* *falls asleep* |

Yay for updating during class. Mathematica is fun and all, but do we really need an entire class dedicated to learning its behaviors? Took my Mechanics test earlier, Dr. Strong was only about 30 minutes late for it. I might even have gotten a perfect, most of my answers intuitively felt right. Still working too much. Tried asking my manager to cut me back to 4 days a week and got laughed at. At least I was able to trade shifts so I'm not working 7 days straight, during which I have 2 tests and 3 homework assignments due. This week will be hell; wish I had been more studious over Spring Break. |

Sleep is for the Weak....
like pants and shoes. I really wish I wasn't so strong. Or that insomnia and I weren't such good friends. Denny's is fun, though completely useless for the the accomplishment of academic endeavours. On the other hand I met Sonia's new dog; I've seen larger rats. (the Southeast cockroaches aren't quite as large.) Spring Break was entirely too short. And yet being out of class for a week makes me feel guilty; like for some reason I was skipping class and now have to catch up with everyone else. Also, where did this semester go? I need at least two months to cover all the material. Even Dr. Strong admitted she's been reduced to writing lectures the night before giving them. Sigh... guess my social life is offically sacrificed until May. (Oh except RHPS Saturday night around 9ish, sorry Kerry got overruled). That I believe is enough random musing for now. |

Happy Drunken Irish Day to you
I don't know what I did wrong in another life, but I'm sick and its St. Patty's day. Having trouble keeping solid food down, don't see how I'll manage to keep enough alcohol in me to pay homage to this great day. For all those in a festive spirit; have a drink for me, wherever ye may be. |
